  • Diagnostic endoscopy

    Children who present with airway problems are able to have a diagnostic assessment of their airway using a paediatric flexible endoscope. The video of the findings is discussed with the family at the end of the examination.

    Microscopic ear procedures

    The practice offers facilities for cleaning ears and removal of foreign bodies under microscopic guidance.

    Voice assessment

    The practice offers a diagnostic voice assessment service using both rigid and flexible endoscopes The voice service is supported by Consultant Voice Therapists

    Tongue Tie division

    For babies under 3 months with tongue ties and  who have difficulty with breastfeeding, we are able to offer a tongue tie division service  carried out by a Consultant Surgeon with the assistance of a Paediatric Nurse

    Epley Manoeuvre to treat BPPV

    The Epley manoeuvre is an exercise performed to treat benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).

    We offer on the day emergency/urgent ENT appointments. For patients requiring hospital admission we are able to admit both paediatric and adult patients at the Cromwell, Portland and Harley Street Clinic .

  • We have leading Paediatric Allergy Consultants offering specialist allergy consultations, diagnostics and supervised feeds

    Clinics are held weekly on Fridays and Saturdays with Children’s allergy doctors led by Professor Helen Brough:

    The following diagnostic tests are provided:

    • Skin prick allergy testing

    • Paediatric Spirometry

    • Exhaled Nitric Oxide

    • Supervised feeds

    Appointments can be made directly with Professor Brough’s admin team.
